Patricia D. Norland most recently worked as a public diplomacy officer within the US Department of State. Her work on The Saigon Sisters began during a 1988 visit to Vietnam, when she had the opportunity to meet the Sisters and conduct initial interviews. She has remained in touch with them ever since, and is honored to be able to help them share their inspiring stories with the world.
